Plastics after the original plastic extruder technology by screw extrusion blow moulding dies, and coupled with the mold and compressed gas to achieve the shape.


The extrusion blow molding process consists of 5 steps:


1 plastic material made from plastic-embryo;


2. through the mold closed to capture part of the embryo and cut off the embryo;


3. cavity filled with gas to make embryos forming and cooling;


4 to open the mold, take out container after forming;


5. finishing up Flash to get the finished product.
