In order to get good results, we should pay attention to the following aspects:

2) in the fluidized bed, the porous separator should have a certain pore size and density distribution.

3) powder particle size by 50~150 mesh / net mesh as well, close to the ideal spherical shape.

4) the water content of powder coatings is low, and the water content of powder coatings is avoided.

5) compressed air flow rate and flow rate must be adjusted to the powder coating to stabilize the flow, not to overflow, while the compressed air should be clean, dry.
