Detailed description:
Steel making arc furnace is used for short smelting process of steel-making, used 100% scrap or scrap + molten iron (pig iron), or scrap + sponge iron (DRI) as raw materials of steelmaking. According to the power equipped on the furnace, it is divided into ordinary power, high power, super-high power electric arc furnace. At present,steel making arc furnace is widely used in the new technology for water cooling furnace cover, water-cooled furnace wall, conductive cross arm and EBT. Adopting the technology of comprehensive energy utilization and equipped with furnace door carbon oxygen lance and furnace wall coherent oxygen lance can  secondly burn the escape of CO in the molten pool, making full use of the chemical energy of the flue gas and it has a good effect in reducing power consumption and building foaming slag. Using the technology of high impedance and improving the secondary voltage can realize long arc smelting, with relatively stable arc and reducing the impact of power grid. The system current of short-net is small and reducing the energy consumption and electrode consumption can improve the effective input of electric power.
Various form has its own characteristics, and we can select and design according to user requirements. The structure can either be simple or complex, and the configuration can either be high or low.
The complete sets equipment of steel making arc furnace include: The furnace body, tilting furnace platform, molten steel carrier, water cooling furnace cover and smoke dust collecting device, furnace cover rotating and lifting gear, copper steel composite conductive cross arm and electrode lifting gear, secondary short-net, the hydraulic system, water cooling system, argon blowing system, ladle furnace transformer, high pressure system, low voltage electric control and PLC automatic control system, etc.
