L216 Curing Accelerator

L216 is a generic accelerator, not only accelerate the curing for epoxy/polyester hybrid powder, but also accelerate the curing for pure polyester system. The effects of improving curing, anti-yellowing are very obviously.

1.Technical parameters 

Appearance: white powder 

Volatile content: = 0.5%

2.Application

Used for hybrid or TGIC/polyester powder coating. 

3.Use method 

Dosage: 0.1-0.7%. Mixed with other materials and extruded. 

The gel time is reducing constantly while the dosage of L216 is increasing.

General curing condition: 160° C/10 min

Low temperature curing condition for hybrid: 130° C/30 min, L216 has some selectivity to polyester.

5.Storage 

Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from fire and heat sources.
