Leveling Agent L88

Active ingredient of L88 is acrylate polymers characterized by the introduction of polar groups whose surface tension is lower during synthesis, making the leveling agents have a stronger ability to overcome pitting and cratering, smooth surface and good distinctness of image. While polar groups let the powder particles in an electric field polarized charge more easily and better live.

1.Technical parameters 

Appearance: white powder
Volatile content: =0.5%

2.Application 

Used in hybrid, pure polyester and polyurethane powder.

3.Use method 

Dosage: 0.8-1.5%. Mixed with other materials and extruded.

4.Characteristics

1.Stronger ability to overcome pitting and cratering. Better leveling effect and distinctness of image.

2.Powder charge is better and charge enhancing agent cannot be added additionally.

3.Does not contain silicone oil. Good compatibility with other leveling agents and no interference to other leveling agents. Very stable quality.

5.Storage 

Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from fire and heat sources. 

6.Packaging. 

Kraft paper bag (polyethylene liner). Net weight: 25kg/bag
