Advantages of photo etching:

Using photo etching not laser cut or stamping. By photo etching, the edges of the springs is smooth without any burr. By stamping, the mold cost is high and the thin products will be out of shape easily, but photo etching will keet the thin products flat enough.

2. Artwork. We will give you some advise if you are not familiar with the etching filter mesh and then we can draw the drawing according to your request and send us the drawing.

 

3. Order confirmation. Confirm artwork and product details before payment and production.

 

4. Payment. mold fee, or half amount and another half before shipping, or 100% amount ,you can pay us by Paypal or T/T.

 

5. Sample. We can provide you  some samples after payment before production

 

6. Production. After sample confirmation. ( also could directly go to production, no sample )

 

7. Shipping. Please provide delivery address and telephone number for shipping.Of course,you can use your own shipping account .
