OA500 steel floor trunk system is a low profile raised floor a continuous grid-form cable trenches separated by individual floor panel.

It is a solution where traditional raised floors are not suitable to install.

This system is especially suitable for old and new buildings with limitation in load and head room height constraint.

Load performance selections: FS800/FS1000/FS1250

The system-Components:

Main panel, size 500x500mm steel with cement infill panel, powder coated with groove at all sides. Pedestals are secured at four corners of the panels to make it free-standing.

Base conector connects the panel pedestal at four corners and when laid out continuously will form grid-form trenches automatically.

Central cover plate-------- This is installed above the base connector securing to the corners of four panels to cover the trench intersection.

Flank cover plate------- The cable trench is closed up with flank cover plate, its long edges interlocked onto the grooves of the cover the lo9ng sides of the trench.
