Structure:

Top plate: SPCC hard rolled steel

Bottom Plate: Stretched ST14 Steel ( we can use different mould to stretch the back side of panel into different pattern like domes only, domes &. ribs, and Diamond domes.)

Foamed cement: It is filled into the shell which is made up of the mentioned top plate and bottom plate

Epoxy Coat: We can make dark gray color, white gray color, and mat or gloss feel 


Load Performance

As per the CISCA standard, the concrete core steel floors (CCS) are CCS800, CCS1000,CCS1250,CCS1500 and CCS2000. And the number in the type name is the concentrated load value by lbs of the floor.

When the load request of project is determined, please come to our sales for test report or data sheet to show the load performance.


Application:

The concrete core steel floors are usually used with carpet tiles. And this system is wildly used in General office, Casino room, hotel, movie room and library.
