Sucralose is a white crystalline powder, non-caloric, high intensity sweetener made from sugar, 600 -650 times sweeter than cane sugar. Sweet features relatively close to sucrose, of no bitter taste, it is a kind of powerful sweetener from dental caries. No smelly, no moisture absorption, low calorific value, sweet taste quality, and good thermal stability. Easily soluble in water, ethanol and methanol at room temperature (20 ~ C) down in the water solubility of 28.2 g, slightly soluble in ethyl acetate. Stable to the change of light , heat and pH.

Sucralose has been approved for using in foods and beverages by FAO/WHO in more than 40 countries including Canada, Australia and China.
