Product introduction:

CA-V5W GPS Tracker product is one new product of easy to install.

It supports 2G GSM GPRS Network with 850/900/1800/1900MHz Frequency Band.

The GPS Chip uses UBLOX Chip. And built-in battery is 3.7V 140mAh Li-ion battery.

The Shell is plastics and waterproof level is IP67. And GPS antenna is ceramic antenna.


Main Functions and SMS Commands:

1. Track device via SMS message:

The command is G1234

GPS Tracker device will reply you message contains Google link, ID number, ACC status, GPS signal indicator, Speed and the last time receive GPS signal.

2. Speeding alarm setting:

SMS message command: speed123456 080

It stands for speed limit is 80km/h.

When the speed is more than 80km/h. there will be SMS alarm message to your mobile phone number.

If you want to turn off alarm function.

The SMS command is speed123456 000

3. Time zone setting

The SMS command is zone123456 e08    

E08 is the time zone of China.

4. Power off alarm

The turn on the SMS alarm command: pwrsms123456,1

The turn off the SMS alarm command: pwrsms123456,0

Turn on the phone alarm command: pwrcall123456,1

Turn off the phone alarm command: pwrcall123456,0


LED indicator:

CA-V5W GPS Tracker device contains two LEDs.

One is Yellow LED and another is Blue LED.

Yellow LED stands for GSM signal and Blue LED stands for GPS signal.

LED status

Yellow LED always is on

GSM signal is ok

Yellow LED flashes

GSM module is initializing

Yellow LED is dark

No GSM signal or sleep mode

Blue LED always is on

GPS signal is ok

Blue LED flashes

GPS module is initializing

Blue LED is dark

NO GPS signal or sleep mode

Installation:

Generally user needs to find the professional technical person to install it. And you need to pay attention to the following items:

1. You need to hide it in a secret place and avoid to be found easily.

2. You should buy one 2G SIM Card and open GPRS function.

3. Make sure the GPS antenna side faces up to the sky and no any metal above device.

4. Power cable contains three lines, red line is power positive and black line is GND. Yellow line is ignition line.
