Product Introduction

WQ series sewage submersible motor-pump (called as pump in below for short) follows the GB/T24674 standard. It is formed by water pump, motor and sealing. The motor is on the upside of the pump, which is single phase or tri-phase asynchronous motor. Water pump is on the downside of the pump with volute structure. The water pump and motor are sealed by mechanic sealing and framework oil seal/mechanic sealing. Each seam is sealed by O shape oil resistant rubber, in order to ensure sealing stability of the pump. The pump rotor spindle applies stainless steel welding material, ensuring higher mechanic strength of spindle, providing higher friction and corrosion resistance and offering easier maintenance.

Through-hole structure oil cylinder room with spongia filters impurities, protects the inner sealing device, eliminates the effect of impurity on the pump and increases the service life.

Double layer sealed pump cable, reliable cable water-proof port, any broken section of the cable sinking into the water will not lead to water leakage into the motor.

Overheat, overload and default phase protection prevent the pump from burning.

The pump has acquired multiple national patents.

Product Application

The pump is widely applied in industry, agriculture, mine, construction, city administration and environment protection. It is the ideal device for pumping slurry, mortar, waste water, excrement and liquid containing short fiber, paper, sand or other impurities and country pond irrigation, drainage and dredging.

Media temperature no more than +50?.

PH value of media shall be around 5-8.5.

Maximum solid impurity 1%, maximum input media density 1.2×103kg/m³

Power source frequency 50Hz, power voltage 380V, voltage fluctuation ranges ±10% of rated value.
