NNL-37A hot melt Adhesive used books:

Product use: book with hot-melt Adhesive for all types of book binding cover special edge, the senior side the cover book binding glue.

Product features: has good liquidity, high bonding strength, not drawing and so on.

Softening point (ring method): 78 ºc

Opening hours: 15--20 seconds

Curing time: 20--30 seconds

Viscosity: 3790MPas@ 170 ºc

Toxicity: nontoxic

Operation temperature: 150-175 c

Packing: 25KG/bags, paper-plastic composite bag.

Storage: store in ventilated, cool, dry place

Shelf life: 18 months

Note: close to the machine, wear working clothes and protective glasses; more than 2 hours to stop production, adjusting the melt temperature to below 120 ºc, or turn off the heating equipment regular cleaning of heating equipment, maintain accuracy of temperature control instrument.
