Shoes hot melt Adhesive white block, mainly used for all kinds of shoe leather foam exclusive hot melt adhesives, hot melt adhesives, have good fluidity, high bonding strength, not drawing, oil resistance and so on.

Instructions for use:

1, recommended glue method: spraying or rolling.

2, recommended temperature: 165-175 c

3, plastic tank or hose if there is carbon, can be cleaned with normal paraffin or mineral oil, then rinse with hot-melt Adhesive in about 135.

4, NNL-91 when gluing the viscosity can be adjusted by temperature.

5, NNL-91 shall not be used with other brands of hot-melt glue.

6, after charging into the hot-melt glue tank, immediately close the plastic Groove cover to prevent foreign material contamination.

Security matters;

1, hot action, such as when feeding into the hot-melt glue tank, should wear safety glasses and oven Mitt.

2, at all times, NNL-91 the working temperature is not more than 200 ?.

3, the use of sites should be well ventilated and all open flame is strictly prohibited.

Storage: store in a cool and dry environment out of direct sunlight. Storage temperature should be below 35 ° c and far away sources of ignition and heat.
