Design schedule:
This centrifuge is used to separate the solid sludge,oil/cream from the protein solution. Using 3 phases separation machine, also can be commonly used for 2 phase separation.
Using 3 phases centrifuge is not as good as use 2 phases centrifuge to separate the liquid and solid only, but the separated result is almost can get to 95% solid removing from the solution for 1mm granule size solid.

5-The centrifuge is designed the automatic control cabinet with safety protection system,the parameters can be adjusted on touch screen.
6-With the automatic motor protection system.
7-The heavy/light liquid outlet mouth is adopted line pressure adjustment device, the material thickness can be adjusted as the factual request timely.
8-Adopted Siemens PLC an 7” touch screen control.
