PROESS INTRODUCTION
A-Raw material acceptance
Checking the raw materials, selecting the qualified supplier, after that, gathered the raw material in the fruit groove.
Tomato shall use the water unloading system, we don’t included in the offer, since your production capacity is not very big.
B-The rinsing systems
The rinsing system has three phases, first phase is adopted bubbling washing, second phase is adopted spray washing, the last is adopted roller sorting.
C-The elevation
Using scraper elevator to lift the fruits to the stoner or pulper.
D-Pulping
Using double pulping system, first one is a crusher, the second one is the refiner, the mesh size is 0.4mm.
E-Preheating
Using preheater to make the enzyme inactivation, control the oxidation.
F-Pulps refinery
Using the pulps refiner to ensure the uniform pulps, and removing seeds peels.
H-Juice separation
Using the horizontal centrifuge to separate the juice from the pulps.
I-Concentration
Using 2-effect forced evaporator to complete the concentration.
J-Pasteurization
Pumped the pulps in the batch tank to the pasteurizer, the temperature is 95?-125? and last more than 30s, then cooled to 20?. It also can exhaust the air in the pulps.
K-Aseptic filling
The cooled juice will use the aseptic filling machine, which uses the steam to keep the temperature around the filling mouth more than 95?, then fill into the aseptic bags.
The filling weight is controlled by flow meter.
Filling temperature: less tan 20?
Filling weight:275+2.75kg.
F-Labeling and cold storage.
Marking the batch no. and drum no., then put the final products into the cold storage, the temperature is 0-5?.
