a-RL420D is more space to change the film.
b-RL420D uses the pneumatic locking system, the RL420B uses handle locking system, RL420D is more easier and faster.
c-The whole film frame of RL420D can be moved on touch screen, to revise the film feeding, but the RL420B the frame is fixed, you have revise the film feeding by hand, if any film deviation.
d-RL420D using double servo driven system, the film feeding and the horizontal cutting is driven by the servo, easier to control.
But the RL420B is only used one servo system, the horizontal sealing is driven by pneumatic system.
