It’s different from the traditional high chromium iron grinding roller/segment, it has two steps,fistly,we use ZG25/35 material to make the grinding roller/segment ,according to the finished product’s specification,we will leave 30%-50% of the finished products as wear resistant layer;secondly we will put the composite carbide material on the surface of the grinding roller/segment till reach the specification of the finished products.

In practical application,the composite grinding roller/segment does not only have the advantages of good toughness and plasticity,but also have high-hardness,extremely wear resistant layer.The composite grinding roller/segment can be remanufactured many times.
