Oscillator

Oscillator can adjust the welding bead width,especially for the complex workpiece,it consist of ball screw,stepper motor,single-chip computer control,frequeccy converse driven,strong duty,long life,easy to adjust,oscillating width is from 0 to 100 mm.

Tracking system

It is using the capacitance sensor theory to detect the space between welding torch nozzle and the workpiece,and keep this space fixed,so make sure to get high quality cutting

Advantage:

1)quickly set up work space and can constantly adjusted.

2)directly connect with DC Servo System, control sensitivity to adjust constantly.

3)connect with outer equipment and achieve the whole automatic overlaying control.

4)The distance between sensor and main box can reach 15m in order to connect system.
