Roller press came to the market since the mid of 1980s.the roller press and the ball mill combined the united grinding system or semi-united grinding system which has used widely in various grinding system.

Roller press has the following advantages:1,less power consumption,increased output. 2.better cement quality 3.less noisy.

 

Roller press also has it’s disadvantages,it’s biggest disadvantage is severe surface abrasion of the rollers.usually,the roller press runs continualy half an year ,after half a year the wear risistant part will completely worn out .

The master key to guarantee the life of the roller press is remanufacturing the surface of the roller press by overlaying in time,if the overlayed surface maintains well ,which can decrease the stop production time and fully express the advantages of the roller press in grinding syste.
