Description
Wafer ball valves are widely used in the pipeline system in the industries of petroleum, chemicals,pharmaceuticals and foodstuff etc, to cut off or get through the medium in pipeline. According to their structural length, wafer type ball valves may be classified into ordinary type and thin type. Compared with ball valves of other types, they are mainly featured by one-piece compact structure, small volume,light weight, dependable seal, unrestricted flow direction of medium, low fluid resistance, quick open and close, and easy operation. To meet the requirements of users and system, wafer ball valves can equip electric actuator, pneumatic actuator etc automatic device to realize remote and automatic control.

we have introduced the nondestructive detective testing, germany spectrometer, three coordinate measuring instrument, ultrasonicthickness gauge, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle detector, metallographic analyzer, leeb hardness tester, universal impact test, tensile test, fire resistance test and the advanced pressure test platform and dozens of inspection equipment.

A:Cast iron/ductile iron/carbon steel/stainless steel/alloy steel/braas/bronze

 

Q2: What's the structure of ball valve?

A: It can be divided into: 2-piece body or 3-piece body, floating ball or trunnion ball type, side entry / top entry etc.

 

Q3: What's the range of port size?

A: We can supply 1/2" (DN15mm) to 60" ( DN1500mm).

  For butterfly valve, the size can reach 120’’ ( DN3000mm)

 

Q4: Can you use our own color and logo on the ball valve?

A: Yes, of sure. It can be customized.

 

Q5: Can you supply samples?

A: Yes, we can supply small sized samples, but the freight should be paid by you.
