Flanged end forged steel check valves
Description
1. Flange end forged steel check valves with the same shap structure with screwed end & socket weld check valves except the connection method.
2. For flanged integral forged check valves, there are three types bonnet also, bolted bonnet, welded bonnet and pressure self tightening bonnet. The first one be applicated widely.
3. There are three structures for the disc, one is lift piston type forged steel flanged check valves, another one is ball type forged steel check valves flanged, the third one is swing type api 602 flanged forged steel check valves.

FP or RP (Full port or reduced port).
Integral backseat
Flange end dimension according to ANSI B16.5
Application standard
1, design & manufacturer according to : API 602; BS5352;ASME B16.34
2, Flange end dimension confirm to ANSI B16.5
3, Inspection and test confirm to API 598
4, main material : A105;LF2;F5;F11;304(L);316(L);F347;F321;F51;Monel;20#alloy steel etc which confirm to ANSI/ASTM.
5, pressure grade : 150 class, 300 class, 600 class, 900 class, 800 class, 1500 class, 2500 class.

Dimension for 150-600 class (Bolted bonnet type ), design according to API602 & BS5352
