Operation Principals
1.Y type globe valve is a valve be widely used because there is small friction between sealing surface during the process of opening and closing, it's not big for lift.
2. Y pattern globe valve's shutting theory is relying on stem pressure,makes the disc sealing surface fitting closely with the seat swaling surface, stop the medium flow finally.
3. Y shapes globe valve is available for one-way circulation only, there is flow direction when installation.
Characteristics
1. Adopted pressure seal structure, the more higher the pressure is, the more perfect the sealing performance is, unique stainless steel pressure seal ring, convenient to dismount.
2. The surface of stem be treated for super compact wear resistance, corrosion resistance, the friction for open and close is small, which guaranteed the valve body leakage.
3.There are tree patterns for the Y type globe valves bonnet, one is bolted bonnet, another one is welded bonnet and the third one is pressure self-tightening bonnet.

Body Materials: WCB, WCC,WCA,WC1, 304 S.S. , 316 S.S. , duplex S.S. or special alloy steel.
Seat Materials: 2Cr13+satellite, S.S.+ satellite
Disc Materials: 2Cr13+satellite, S.S.+ satellite
Stem Materials: 2Cr13,F304,F316,F316L, duplex S.S.
Bonnet material :WCB, WCC,WCA,WC1, 304 S.S. , 316 S.S. , duplex S.S. or special alloy steel.
Handle material : Steel or S.S.
