Incoloy 825 Bolt
BDF can produce qualified Incoloy 825 bolt of all kinds of cold formed and hot forged. The forms are hexagon bolts, hex heavy bolts, socket cap bolts, anchor bolts, and other non-standard bolts according to customer drawings. The size ranges from M8-M100 in METRIC and 3/8” to 3-1/2” in INCH, with varies length.
Incoloy 825 has excellent resistance to chloride-ion-induced stress corrosion cracking, reducing environments containing phosphoric and sulfuric acids, oxidizing environments containing nitric acid and nitrates, and pitting, crevice corrosion and intergranular corrosion. It has good mechanical properties at cryogenic temperatures to moderately high temperatures up to 538?.
Applications:
Chemical process industry, acid production, pickling equipment, pollution control equipment.
