Incoloy 925 Bolt
BDF can produce qualified Incoloy 925 bolt of all kinds of cold formed and hot forged. The forms are hexagon bolts, hex heavy bolts, socket cap bolts, anchor bolts, and other non-standard bolts according to customer drawings. The size ranges from M8-M100 in METRIC and 3/8” to 3-1/2” in INCH, with varies length.
Incoloy 925 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy. It combines high strength with Incoloy 825’s excellent corrosion resistance. Incoloy 925 is particularly resistant to sulfide-induced stress cracking and stress-corrosion cracking.
Applications:
Down-hole and surface well components for sour (containing hydrogen sulfide) crude oil and natural gas production.
