Incoloy A-286 Bolt
BDF can produce qualified Incoloy 286 bolt of all kinds of cold formed and hot forged. The forms are hexagon bolts, hex heavy bolts, socket cap bolts, anchor bolts, and other non-standard bolts according to customer drawings. The size ranges from M8-M100 in METRIC and 3/8”to 3-1/2”in INCH, with varies length.
Incoloy A-286 is a high temperature strength, high temperature oxidation of the alloy material.
Below 650 °C has a high yield strength and lasting, creep strength and has a good processing of plastic and satisfactory welding performance.
Applications:
For 700 °C under the turbine plate, ring body, stamping welding parts, fastening parts materials. Widely used in the manufacture of aircraft engines and industrial gas turbine components, such as turbine blades, afterburner, etc., in the car engine is also widely used.
